Glock Pistol Switch operates in strict compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968, the National Firearms Act, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All firearm transfers are conducted through licensed Federal Firearms Licensees (FFL dealers). Customers are responsible for verifying the legality of all purchases in their specific state and locality before ordering.
Products regulated under the National Firearms Act (including suppressors and select trigger components) require completion of ATF Form 4 or Form 1, payment of the $200 tax stamp, and processing time of 6-12 months. We do not ship NFA items until proper documentation is confirmed.
We do not sell to prohibited persons as defined by 18 U.S.C. Section 922(g). All customers must be at least 18 years of age for long gun purchases and 21 years of age for handgun purchases.
