What tools do I need to complete this frame?
You will need a hand drill or drill press, a vise to secure the jig, a set of files or a Dremel tool for the rear rail pocket, and a hammer for installing the pins. The included jig and bits handle the critical alignment.
Is this compatible with Glock 43X or 48 slides?
No. The PF9SS is specifically designed for the standard Glock 43 platform. The 43X and 48 have a different magazine and frame dimensions and are not compatible with this frame.
Any advice for a first-time build?
Take your time with the machining steps, follow the instructions precisely, and ensure your jig is clamped securely. Our staff recommends putting at least 50 rounds through the completed build for a proper break-in before considering it for any serious use.
